For beginners in alpine skiing the ski resort St. Moritz – Corvatsch is quite suitable. There are several facilities and trails for the novices. The beginners lift at the Corvatsch base Surlej or the easy level slopes in the ski resort itself. Beginners are provided with quite some possibilities to learn to ski or improve their skills at the Corvatsch Glacier. Especially at the foot of Piz Grialetsch (2480m) in Furtschellas are predominately easy trails so beginners should feel quite comfortable there.
