Not only due to the leisure activities (for example toboggan, windsurfung, pony riding…) can we recommend Corvatsch / St. Moritz to families. (But one requires a large wallet!!). The ski resort itself has much going for families. Numerous ski schools are situated at the bases and special kids parks were constructed. Furthermore the slopes are not of high level and therefore the entire ski resort can be explored with children. Solely the steep trails on the perpetual ice of the Corvatsch Glacier are not recommendable for families. Also the way there by aerial cable car could be a strain on the parents nerves. A lot more fun are the trails in Furtschellas which are all accessible by tow lift.
