In the family category Sudelfeld achieves our highest mark of 5 stars. Mostly due to the nice array of slopes fulfilling the families needs. To be mentioned are also the beginners area in Bayersichzell and the ski kindergarden at the lower Sudelfeld as well as the easy trails on the right hand side of the Rankenlift (5). A disadvantage is the predominance of tow lifts as kids are often overstrained with tow lifts on steeper slopes. It would be recommendable to invest in the next years to make transportation more comfortable. As this is the sole point to be criticized Sudelfeld still receives our best mark in this category.
