The ski resort Sudelfeld situated below the Kleinen Traithen (1722m) also caters to snowboarders. Very broad slopes in every degree of difficulty, steep FIS – runs, flat beginner trails and last but not least the nice funpark guarantee that snowboarders feel comfortable here. Also aside the groomed slopes some nice powder trails can be found (please mind current avalanche situation). The sudelfeld has only few flat connecting paths therefore the snowboard has to be unstrapped seldomly. A nicely equipped funpark caters to the freestylers, however there was no half pipe at the time of testing.
