If you have a closer look at the trail map you can see immediately that there are plenty of fun-filled opportunities for children of all ages. The so-called “Katschi” mascot animates small children to use the practice lifts or to take some funny pictures, which can later be viewed on the website www.katschi.at. We recommend all families with small children to try the slope “Katschis Kinderwelt” (Katschi´s kids park). Chances are good your kids will never forget this fun ride through a course with funny fantasy figures and animals. Moreover there are some beautiful easy slopes and slopes of intermediate level around the base station at the mountain pass. If your children have had some experience in alpine skiing, most intermediate terrain (earmarked red) leading down from the Tschaneck mountain shouldn´t be too difficult. But be careful. The slopes around the Aineck mountain (2220 m) are rather long and probably too demanding for smaller children.
