Snowboarders will probably be disappointed at the skiing-area Katschberg-Aineck. On the one hand Katschberg offers an abundance of intermediate runs on the other hand a fun-park with kickers or rails is missing at the Katschberg-Aineck ski resort. A small half-pipe normally is shaped at the last part of the so-called “Schwaigeralm” descent. If you like free-styling you better visit one of the great ski resorts in Tyrol. For all free-riders we recommend to visit the “Kaunertaler Gletscher” (Kaunertaler Glacier) ski resort. Here you can find one of the best fun-parks in Austria. But if you prefer well groomed slopes and some spine tingling off-piste descents the “Katschberg-Aineck” ski resort will surely satisfy your needs.
