Treble Cone: Valuation

Only one restaurant in the entire ski resort would be very little for European standards. However there is nothing left to be desired in “Treble Cone”. The restaurant at the base of the “Volkswagen 6 Seater Express” features a beautiful patio. When the sky is clear you can enjoy the most beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the “Lake Wanaka” while collecting strength for the next descents. The restaurant features a “Bar-Area” and a “Picnic-Area” with a fireplace. After lifts close there are no pubs, restaurants and let alone discos to be found in Treble Cone” (like in all ski resorts in New Zealand”). However in the 26 km distant Wanaka you can let the day wind down to a glas of beer in numerous bars.
