To parents with kids who are doing there first steps on one or two „boards“ we recommend the area with the baby lift at „Gadastatt“. Families with already more experienced kids can check out one of the intermediate (red) slopes. Apart from run Nr. 4, the only easy (blue) run in the upper region of the ski area, the resort is pretty demanding and therefore only recommendable to families with kids who are not newcomers to snowsports. Parents with less experiened kids tagging along should enter the upper region of the resort with due care. Most intermediate red runs are really narrow. Had we found a kids area at „Vals“ the rating in this category would have been better than 3 stars.
