At the time of testing unfortunately there was no fun park all though there was one indicated on the trail map and there would have been an adequate amount of snow. Furthermore the French tow lifts (also the ones in Villard de Lans) are not necessarily easy to handle and it takes some time to get used to them. Especially snowboarders will need some time before they get the knack with these very particular lifts. However Villard de Lans scores due to its array of slopes and the natural mogul slopes. For snowboard novices the beginners area in Correncon is perfectly suitable. Unfortunately there is also no adequate lifts for boarders to be found there.
