A family-skiing-vacation in Salzburg?” Wagrain” and its neighborhood is by all means a good choice. “Wagrain” is perfect for families who have really young snowboarders and skiers in their rows. Throughout the resort practice slopes and beginner lifts can be found, which makes a good start on the board/ skis much easier. The big hit is the wonderful children’s area at the middle station of the “red” 8 passenger gondola. The directly connected blue run down to the base station of the “red” 8 passenger gondola is a great opportunity for the beginners to check out their skills.
