Neither park nor half pipe!

For snowboarders with a so called “funboard” Wagrain is not exactly the the perfect terrain. Resorts like “Schmittenhöhe” or the “Zillertal Arena” are more convenient for their demands. A half pipe can only be at “Snow Space Flachau” and a special fun park can unfortunately not be found in any section of the resort compound. Ambitious race boarders, however, should definitely enjoy the, all in all, 24 runs around Wagrain. Particularly noteworthy in this context are the runs nr. 40 at the “Sonntagskogel” as well as the category red and black runs at the “Saukarkopf”. For Snowboard beginners the blue run from the middle station of the 8 passenger gondola can be recommended. Due to the missing half pipe and fun park the resort only gets three stars in this category.
