Altes Almhaus - enjoy a wintery day in the snow
About 10km away from the small village Maria Lankowitz awaits you the skiing area Altes Almhaus. The familiy-friendly and personal ski area is an area of natural snow and offers slopes of 8km in length. 5 km of these trails are prepared daily by the operators of the liftstation themselves.
There are three different skilifts that ensure a fast and safe ascent to your trails of choice as well as a gratuitous baby lift fot the small ones.
Besides its skiing adventures, the area surrounding the Altes Almhaus offers a number of well groomed cross-country trails, opportunities to explore the fun of snowshoeing or chances of going sledding with your children.
