Enjoy Special Views at Big Squaw Mountain Resort
Big Squaw Mountain Resort is located in the Moosehead Lake Region of Maine. This resort is very special as you´ll find unique views of Mount Kineo, Spencer Mountains and Mount Katahdin, the state´s highest point. Even Sel Hannah, who has designed over 1000 ski trails, thinks that Penobscot Trail at Big Squaw is the most scenic one of all. Big Squaw Mountain Resort offers over 30 trails for all levels of ability. Furthermore, it provides the largest glades of the East. The Glade Trails for tree skiing were hand crafted by an expert.
Of course, there is ski rental available. Learn skiing and snowboarding at the ski school in private, semi-private or group lessons.
Big Squaw Mountain Resort has on site lodging with ski in/ ski out availability. Thus, it doesn´t even take you a few steps to get on the trails.
