Enjoy One of the Best Ski Resorts In The Midwest: Chestnut Mountain Resort
Chestnut Mountain Resort is located high above the Mississippi close to historic riverport Galena, Illinois. It offers 55 skiable hectares with great snow. Chestnut Mountain Resort is constantly rated one of the top ski resorts in the Midwest by SKI Magazine. The terrain is geared for all levels of ability. There are 19 trails to be explored and everyone will find their favorite run here.
The staff at the ski school will be happy to help beginners as well es advanced skiers who want to expand on their skills. You can choose from a variety of programs. Certainly you will find one that meets your needs. The instructors will be looking forward to make our lessons an enjoyable one.
Chestnut Mountain also has the largest terrain park of its kind in the Midwest. It covers almost 3 hectares and has everything to offer what you could ask for: Half pipes, over 20 rails, box jumps and much more.
