China Peak: Experience The Excitement!
China Peak was founded in 1959 under the name of China Peak. However, it was named Sierra Summit after is was sold in 1981. Yet, now it got its name back and you will still find all the greatness you already know and even a little bit more. With an elevation of 2650 meters and a terrain of 182 hectares you will find everything you expect from a real mountain resort. The majority of the trails are advanced and expert runs so this resort is mainly recommendable to experienced skiers and riders. However, there is also enough space left for beginners and intermediates. At China Peak not only the name is new but also the terrain parks. Burton Progeression Park/ Ullmann´s Alley is designed for novice rider who are just about to explore the fun of freestyle riding. Firebowl Park, in contrast, is designed for more experienced riders. There is a variety of features available that will certainly give you a challenge! Firebowl Park is also served by its own T-Bar lift. The third terrain park, Canyonlands, offers a mixture of everything. It has two courses with a great variety of elements. Whether you´re looking for a rich breakfast before you hit the runs or if you just want to take a break to regain some strength the dining areas at China Peak are the right spot for you! You have several dining options and you´ll get great meals, snacks and beverages at all of them!
