The Ski World Cup will be hosted in Val di Fassa on February 24 and 25, 2024. The program includes two women's races in the Super-G.
The Ski Resort
Val di Fassa ski resort is distributed along seven villages. Val di Fassa is surrounded by the Dolomites gorgeous and breathtaking landscape. The ski resorts are Ciampac-Buffaure, Belvedere-Col Rodella-Passo Pordoi, Vigo di Fassa-Catinaccio, San Pellegrino, Alpe Lusia, Karerpass, and Passo Fedaia-Marmolada.
The region attracts with its 207 kilometers of finest slopes, provided by 77 lift facilities. Val di Fassa highlight is Sella Ronda: four interconnected passes around the Sella massif. A ski bus service runs between the region´s resorts. Beginners and advanced skiers will experience an extraordinary delight in Val di Fassa. About 20 kilometers of black slopes stir the experts´ blood.
Cross-country skiers will love the region´s cross-country ski trails. In every single ski resort there are plenty of services: ski rental, skiing schools, indoor swimming pools, Après-Ski, ice rinks, fun parks, SPA centres, etc.

Huts on slopes are the best you can wish for: on splendid terraces on sunny days, in a cozy inside atmosphere on more cloudy days, you can stop by the typical huts spending you time with your friends and family, tasting yummy typical dishes.
Must-Ski Runs
From Belvedere (Canazei) to Lusia and San Pellegrino (Moena), the are countless must-ski runs: each ski area offers amazing slopes. The "Diego" slope on Belvedere, the slope from Ciampac to Alba, the "5 Dita" slope on Col Rodella, "Vulcano" on Buffaure, return slope of Ciampedie to Vigo, the descent from Lusia to Moena, "La VolatA" on San Pellegrino Pass...take a chance and try them all!
Nightskiing
The ski stadium "Alloch" in Meida (Pozza di Fassa) is enlighted at night, 1 km long and with 330 m of altitude gap. It is the ideal place for professional training and international competitions. In fact, it hosted the Junior Ski World Championships in February, 2019.

Activities
Val di Fassa does not mean only skiing and snowboarding: snowshoes, winter hikes, events and entertainment, relax and much more.
The new Dolandoes center in Canazei (swimmingpool and wellness too) and the QC Terme Dolomiti SPA centre in Pozza enrich the winter offer of the valley allowing sport addicted and relax lovers to have a wonderful holiday.
Après-Ski and Nightlife
Apres ski and pubs are located in the villages of the valley and also on the slopes. Here fun starts in the early afternoon, stopping by the various spots on the slopes, where live music and dj sets are positioned. Once the slopes are closed, fun continues down in the valley. Apres ski are already open from early afternoon and close only when the moon is high in the sky. Discos and pubs are open till late night, offering music and endless fun.
Dining and Restaurants
The seven villages of the valley offer the best of the local cuisine with typical dishes, but also with the unique Italian dishes, with a local twist. You can choose among hundreds of restaurants and pizzerias, traditional farmhouses, elegant locations and even two michelin-starred restaurants!

Close to the lifts and in each village, rentals and infrastructures are at your disposal: ski, snowboard, equipment and everything you would need, can be found here, you just have to get ready and enjoy your day on the slopes or along the winter tracks.

Main access points to Val di Fassa, coming from the A22 Brennero motorway:
Ora/Egna exit, S.S. 48 delle Dolomiti - Passo San Lugano - Val di Fiemme - Val di Fassa (distance 45 km). At the roundabout in Moena, follow the direction of Canazei upwards;
Bolzano Nord exit, S.S. 241 Grande Strada delle Dolomiti - Passo Carezza - Val di Fassa (distance 40 km). From Vigo, follow the direction of Canazei upwards or the direction of Soraga and Moena downwards.
Other access routes to Val di Fassa:
from the A27 (Venezia motorway), Belluno/Ponte nelle Alpi exit, then take the S.S. 203 to Agordo and the S.P. 346 to Passo San Pellegrino - Moena (Val di Fassa). At the roundabout in Moena, follow the direction of Canazei upwards;
from the A27 (Venezia motorway), Belluno/Ponte nelle Alpi exit, then take the S.S. 203 to Agordo/Alleghe/Rocca Pietore first and the S.P. 641 to Passo Fedaia - Canazei;
coming from Arabba, take the S.S. 48 Passo Pordoi - Canazei;
coming from Val Gardena, take the S.S. 242 Passo Sella - Canazei.
