The friendly little village Itter lies at the foot of the Hohe Salve Mountain,
It is an ideal holiday destination in summer and in winter for all who want to enjoy peace and quietness but still want a skiing slope right in front of their door.
In the winter the Salvista cable car takes you right to the heart of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental. A lit-up toboggan run, sleigh rides, cleared winter hiking trails, cross-country ski tracks and many other winter sport and recreational facilities are available.
