Keyes Peak Ski Area is a lovely little ski are only 6 kilometers away from Florence, WI. It is a great spot for beginners and families. Find manageable terrain with easy trails. In contrast to many bigger ski areas you don´t have to worry about long lift lines or getting lost at Keyes Peak. Just enjoy a wonderful day in the snow with your family! You can rent all equipment needed including tubes for snow tubing. You can also go Cross-Country Skiing on various trails systems in Florence county. Wander through the rolling landscape and explore the county. If you´re looking for a less exhausting activity but still don´t want to miss nature´s beauty you may like snowmobiling. There are 800 kilometers of snowmobiling trails available so you can always find new routes and discover new nooks and stashes and enjoy the exceptional scenery.
