Moonlight Basin is a first-class ski resort. Find perfect trails and slopes, best snow and supreme views! Nestled in the Rocky Mountains its north exposure and its high elevation cater for best snow conditions during the whole season. Moonlight Basin is one of the biggest ski resorts in the U.S. offering more than 768 hectares of skiable terrain. Naturally, you´ll get a great variety on such extensive terrain. Whether you´re looking for smooth beginner terrain, gentle and wide cruisers or steep challenging terrain with natural bumps and soft powder, you will get all this at Moonlight Basin! 7 lifts will conveniently bring you uphill from where you´ll get scenic views of the area around. There are 2 Terrain Parks available full of jumps, boxes, rails and more. Whereas Zero Gravity Terrain Park has medium and large features, Zero Gravity Pony Park offers small and medium features. Looking for some Cross Country Skiing? At Moonlight Basin there are some of the best trail systems in the area around! Check out Lone Mountain Ranch or Yellowstone West and enjoy sliding through breathtaking landscapes. However, Moonlight Basin is not limited to skiing and riding.
