La regione del Nara é situata in una zona che si va da 850 metri fino a 2153 metri d´altezza. La regione é baciata dal sole e si gode una bellissima vista su tutta la valle di Blenio e sul ghiacciaio dell Adula 3402 metri. Con i suoi 30 Km di piste su un terreno erboso danno la posssibilità dal principiante all´esperto di sciare su piste facili e ben acessibili. É pure presente una pista slitte da 5 o 10 km a secondo dell´innevamento. Per gli amnati delle racchette o pelle di foca le possibilità sono infinite. Mentre per chi non scia o slitta , ha pure la possibilità di passeggiare su percorsi ben segnalati.
In einer breiten und sonnigen Mulde gelegen, zwischen 850 und 2153 m über Meer, stehen am Nara lange Pisten, passend für Familien, sportliche Skifahrer und die Anfänger des Snowboards zur Verfügung.
Für die Fussgänger werden lange signalisierte Wanderwege bereitgestellt, auf welche sie die majestätische Bergkette des Rheinwaldhorn (Adula) der anderen Talseite bewundern können.
Für Gross und Klein steht eine lange Schlittelbahn bereit, einmalig im Tessin.
