The infinite vastness of Nassfeld where 110 km of pistes glitter in the sun like jewels and the deep blue sky hangs over the peaks of the mountains like a baldachin - Nassfeld, one of the top 10 skiing areas. Here you can be sure that your wishes will be granted as theat is what we are best at. Snow? Sure! Nassfeld is not only the most modern but also one of the most snow-certain skiing areas of the alps. And should we be short of snow one day, all our pistes can be completely covered by snow-making machines. Full of variation and comfort. From beginners slopes to a world cup piste - we provide all types of pistes to suit everbody`s taste. More than 80% of the pistes are made accessible with the latest cable cars and most comfortable chairlifts. It doesn`t get more comfortable than that! Incredible. The Millennium-Express, the longest cable car in the Alps, takes you in only 17 minutes to the Nassfeld, covering a distance of more than 6.000 meters and a difference in altitude of 1.309 meters. Nothing to stop you: Every day you can make use of 280 ha of perfectly prepared pistes, constituting an optimum base for your skiing pleasure. Here, up on Nassfeld nature plays her ace. Set off to swing down the slopes, through the crystal-clear mountain air, with the sky so close you can almost touch it. Very safe. Our pistes are not only sure but also avalanche-safe. For nigth owls. With a lenght of 2.2 km the last third of the Carnia run is one of Europe`s longest floodlit pistes. Bathe in the sun: Feeling the sun on our skin, the warming light, reflected a thousand times by the glittering snow crystals which boast their brigthness. While the mist sometimes fills the valley like a milky wall, yor hunger for the sun can be satisfied up here. And your start longing for more... Relax an enjoy!
