The Ski Resort

Snowhaven is a lovely little city owned ski area. It is only open on weekends and on some holidays. Yet, when it is open it offers pure winter fun! It is the perfect family ski area.  There are 9 easiest and intermediate trails on a skiable terrain of 16 hectares. The trails are served by a T-bar and a rope-tow lift that will pull you up the hill. In addition, there is a half pipe available for those who heave the heart to try some jumps. However, the real attraction at Snowhaven is its tubing hill. There are two 260 meter long runs and it is fun for old and young to slide them down! Afterwards a lift will conveniently pull you up again for your next run. If you´re not a fan of steeps you may like Cross-Country skiing better. At Snowhaven some of the best Cross-Country skiing is just around the corner! Explore 16 km of tracks and discover the secrets of the serene winter landscapes.
