Ski holidays at Passo Tonale
Situated at the border of Trentino and Lombardy, Passo tonale is a natural amphitheatre that marks the border between Val di Sole and Vallecamonica. Passo Tonale is part of the Adamello Ski resort (www.adamelloski.com) which offers you 100 km of slopes. Its altitude spans from 1884 to 3100 meters and therefore offers a breathtaking view on the region´s sunny side. At the center for winter sports and summer hiking resort at Presena Glacier (situated at the altitude of 3000 meters) you can go skiing throughout the whole year. The slopes at Passo Tonale are suitable for beginners as well as for experts. That´s why skier will be bored during his stay at this ski resort. Passo Tonale´s slopes are interconnected with the slopes at Ponte di Legno ski resort and hence with those at Temù ski resort. Passo Tonale counts among the first ski resorts in the Alps to put its lift facilities into operation and among the last ski resorts to withdraw the service. Another issue that is very important for us is a professional supervision of the skiers´ kids by ski instructors. There is a large skiing kindergarden secured by a fence with a conveyor belt for the small skiing novices. The sunny area, the kind ski instructors and the jolly animators sweeten the kids´ days at the resort.
