Located next to the Continental Divide, Winter Park Resort offers best snowconditions during the entire season. Winter Park annually receives more than 9 meters of snowfall which makes it one of Denver´s favorite places to ski. Winter Park Resort is huge! It offers almost 940 hectares of skiable terrain spreading over 4 adjacent areas: Winter Park, Mary Jane, Vasquez Cirque, and Vasquez Ridg. You can choose from 142 designated trails that offer excellent skiing for everyone from novice to expert. The area is serviced by 25 lifts with a capactity of approximately 38,370 passengers per hour. Winter Park is one of the leading resorts regarding terrain parks. The resort offers six parks that vary in size and difficulty and will make any freestyler´s heart beat faster! Whether you are just about to explore the park or you´re a seasoned park rider, Winter Park´s terrain parks will definitely make you happy! Also don´t miss to check the events calendar for the competitions taking place in the parks. The Snowsports School offers lessons for those who are new to the park as well as the usual ski and snowboard lessons.
