Yosemite Badger Pass: Ski At Famous Yosemite National Park!

Yosemite Badger Pass is part of Yosemite National Park. It opened its doors in 1935 and since then it has become a favorite ski area for generations. It is the perfect family vacation destination. Badger Pass offers all fun winter activities: downhill skiing, cross-country, snowboarding and snowshoeing just to name a few. The entire skiable terrain totals 35 ha with 10 trails for all ability levels. Badger Pass boasts one of the biggest sundecks in the Sierra that allows you to watch your children learn to ski and ride while you enjoy the sun and a hot beverage. Badger Passe´s gentle terrain makes it the perfect place for beginners. The Ski School employs 25 instructors who will do their best to build your skill and confidence quickly. Check out the great programs of Badger Pass. You will surely find one that fits your needs! Moreover, Badger Pass has a beginner terrain park where you can learn your first tricks. If you like cross-country skiing  Badger pass is the right spot for you as it is the gate to 185 km of tracks. 40 km are machine-groomed tracks. If cross country skiing is new to you you can take some lessons at the Badger Pass Cross Country Center. Furthermore, backcountry ski tours are especially recommendable. Explore the mountain guided by a mounainteer and discover the magic of winter at Yosemite. Other great winter activities are snowshoeing, snowtubing and ice skating which are fun for young and old!
