With its mostly blue and red runs, Zahmer Kaiser is a great destination for families, beginners and people re-entering the world of skiing and riding. The charming towns Ebbs and Durchholzen will give you access to this terrain. Everywhere in the resort beginners have dedicated learning areas in form of blue runs.

The trail off the lift ´Amberg´ even provides night skiing twice a week. Beginners should check out the blue slopes at the top of Zahmer Kaiser at 1060 m (3,477 ft) above sea level. Skiing down the slopes you can get to valley station Durcholzen. If you still don´t have enough, head over to the Aschinger Alm in Ebbs or to the summit station Zahmer Kaiser to find more blue trails.

The resort is home to a ski kindergarten of the local ski school and offers professional childcare for all youngsters. A special beginner´s area boasts a magic carpet and a ski carousel that help kiddies to develop their first ski skills.

Intermediate trails are abundant at the Zahmer Kaiser, the red valley slope to Durchholzen will even make the best skiers think twice.
