Many sunny days and still guaranteed snow

The skiing area St. Moritz - Corviglia is very sunny. Unlike at Corvatsch just opposite, the slopes here are in the sun virtually all day. Thanks to its high altitude between 1750 and 3057m, Corviglia is nevertheless extremely snow-sure. The frozen and snow-covered Upper Engadine lakes in the valley are also a real eye-catcher. The ski season here usually lasts from the end of November to April. However, should there be a lack of snow, a large part of the slopes can be covered with artificial snow.
